Then I looked him up, and he is apparently number 3 DJ in Norway.

Do you know more about him by any chance ? hmm

I had no idea who he was before I read your post, unfortunately. I love Above and Beyond, though. To be honest, I'm not that knowledgeable about norwegian DJs. Swedish DJs are easy to recognise, because most of them make mainstream-sounding music. Norwegian DJs, on the other hand, tend to have a more indie/experimental sound to their music, for some reason. Röyksopp is a well known, norwegian electronic artist, but their music doesn't really sound very mainstream.. at least, in my opinion they don't. They are one of few electro artists around here who have managed to experiment with sounds and made their music popular. Recently, I've been listening to Lemaitre - a norwegian, electro artist that isn't that well known, even here in Norway. I like their tunes, though. They actually sound pretty mainstream, and their music is cheerful and funky Very Happy

They have a french-house feel to their music, and even the name of the band, lemaitre, is french. One of the two band members admitted in an old interview that he didn't even know how to pronounce the word, though Rolling Eyes
