anyways try this

Instead of posting from quick reply, press the main "post reply " button and underneath the Box there will be 3 options, the last one should say " notify me when a post has been updated or something "

Btw i am not sure when i changed those 'settings' described by RWO above but i have got few e-mails for viewing topics today.I have deleted those e-mails.

I'll see if i get any more e-mails from now on.Thanks anyway.

As the mods have said earlier, Forumnation have pushed a universal update which makes you 'watch' or subscribe to every thread you post in. you can change this by going to your profile -> preferences and select no next to "Always notify me of replies" , or you can join my one man protest and demand that the mods fix it for you :coffee:
