They did because they tried to sign Falcao after he extended his contract with Porto.

If they had moved Aguero earlier, and showed interest in Falcao earlier they would've been only obligated to pay his 28m million clause, but they waited until he signed a new contract.

You repeatedly have been mistaking Lukaku and that's why I feel it would had been better if you watched Lukaku the few times he played for us this season before passing comments.

You say Torres is done for yet Torres has done much more than Drogba has done in a lot of the games. Torres is actually helping the team in the few games he has started recently by creating chances for others (now isn't that a criticism Madrid fans bombard Ronaldo with?) and he already has 7 assists this season, if I'm not mistaken. Sure he has to score, but compared to Drogba he has been way more effective.

Pretty sure I saw Lukaku playing as a winger couple of times in Anderlecht, he was effective there imo, hes explosive in wing imo. And Torres the playmaker? rofl, its not about the assists, Fernadont Scorres isint a sort of playmaker that dictates the offensive flow. Might as well make him a gk, while ur at it.

I know it's not about the assists. But you're saying Torres is done for and opt to start Drogba when in fact Torres has been out-performing him with his contribution to the offensive play.
