Reus has signed with Dortmund, too late. And £14.5 million was the fee.

If you believe reports Reus turned down us and Bayern to join Dortmund. Either way, it'd made no difference if we had bid or not since he had his heart set on going to his hometown club.

I'm almost absolutely certain that Lille will just tell us where to go if we bid for Hazard. Their chairman doesn't seem to hold a high opinion of us anymore.

Been reading up on this 'extremely' reliable source. He was also he man who first reported Arteta and Santos being signed, obviously this is of a different dimension entirely.

According to him, we've made an INQUIRY which Lille have accepted, next step is to send scouts then make a bid. An "honest valuation" is 25 million but "30 million should get him". This is a big investment from the board.

He replied

"@MJaber5 its 100 percent fact that we made an enquiry, it looks like they've accepted it and we're now ready to bid"

Honestly, I find it very doutbful Lille would accept anything this month. They've already lost Sow this month, and though they've replaced him with a decent striker in Nolan Roux, surely they're not going to let another star go.

Accepting our supposed inquiry just means they'd negotiate with us. I don't think that's too far fetched. Maybe we have some players that we can offer that they'd be interested in to cover for Sow's return.

I am so excited, I just hope this come true.

Chamack and park plus 18 million? they can have squid for free.

The only thing scares me is that Arsenal will inslut them with what ever offer they make.

Just like Mata, Arsenal will make a 12 to 15 million bid and they never want to talk to us again.

Hazard is worth more than Nasri and 25 to 30 million is a fair price.

Juan Mata took a 7 million sign-on fee from Chelsea. Arsenal were not willing to spend so much on transfer+wages+sign-on fee. Had little to do with what Arsenal did or didn't offer.

omg seeing rumers of hazard just make me all the more depressed. its so not going to happen. WHY WOULD lille sell hazard now? why? it would totally ruin their season, their fans wont forgive them. the only way this transfer could happen is if hazard pulled a cesc, but thats not going to happen as hazard is level headed about leaving and knows that weather its arsenal or not he will join a big club some day, he is in no rush. i dont even know if he considers arsenal a big club any more tbh

I am sure for the money we got for Nasri and the money we had offer nasri we could have had Mata.

Wasn't his buyout clause around 18 mil?

You're acting like Lille would be giving him away.

They'd be getting players + over 20m to use on players of their choice....
