Aquilani and Montolivo are at the moment 2nd choice after Marchisio and Nocerino i think

IMHO - DDR and Pirlo cannot play in a midfield 3 but would be good as a centre midfield pairing.

For a 3 man mid - 2 box to box + 1 DM/creative CM would be best

And the future is defintely Poli.

Lets not get carried away at the moment. For all Nocerinho's goals and workrate performances, he still has many aspects of his games that need tuning for Milan.

He needs to be less timid in tackles and more tactically aware of the play whats going on around him. During the latter point he compensates in confusion by further running, thus reducing his overall composure.

I like the little Neapolitan yet he must improve on his other aspects.
