ESPN First Take ---golden moment--- Empty ESPN First Take ---golden moment---

Post by lenear1030 Wed Dec 14, 2011 11:45 pm

First of all, I would like to apologize in advance for this because it is not "football" related (at least not in the European sense) Mods if this is not allowed, do not hesitate to delete this or move the thread.

With that said I feel absolutely compelled to post this. For those unfamiliar with the First Take Program on ESPN 2, it's a show where two sports analysts, typically Stephen A. Smith, and Skip Bayless, debate the hottest topics American in sports.

Here is the podcast of today's debate. It's over an hour long, but I'm only asking you to listen to the first 4:30 of it. A goallegacy meme was used, and many of you will find this infinitely hilarious:

[Once again, I apologize if this is unacceptable, but this was too precious not to share lol]

Imagine if this guy was football analyst.

The guy would psychologically damage players.

goallegacy is directly responsible for it's growing popularity. it's kind of like when jay-z said to nas, "you made it a hot line, i made it a hot song"

LOL I doubt that they even know what Goal Legacy is
doubt they even know what football (soccer) is... listening to anyone on sportscenter/first take talk about soccer is painful. at least wilbon is on the barca bandwagon though! lol

Big fan of "First Take" and "PTI", that being said, it hurts listening to Michael and Wilbon discuss football. I was actually watching this morning because Joe Budden was on the program, as soon as I heard Stephen A. drop that beauty, I immediately saved it on my DVR.
