Yeah, next year he will be too old to buy for 30m so he won't move unless they drop the price. This is their best time to sell, we are in the box seat and I believe we are running the show.

25m Euro Bid for Jovetic?

Would be an interesting alternative to Hulk but can we play with 3 AM/SS in the team?

Also, do you think without 'Arry in the way we should once again move for Modric? Personally I don't really want him but imagine a team of:

Cech
Ivanovic Luiz Terry Cole
Romeu Modric
Jovetic Mata Hazard
Torres

We will buy one of Cabaye or Fellaini as well as bidding 7m pounds on Debuchy after Euros.

We are also looking at other options to Hulk to get Porto to accept our bid.

Fiorentina will accept a 20m pound bid from us should it come, so he is a likely alternative to hulk.

Fellaini will cost Carroll money as well as Everton signed him for 17m and he signed a new 5 year contract not so long ago.

If you dont wish to spend 25+ on a midfielder then i cant think of much better than Dembele.

Dint wanted to add anything here..

But i just want to correct you on Jovetic being a left footer..He's a right footer infact.

But with Hazard in there i honestly dont see why you need him..Mata is not great on the wings either ,would you play him at CM then ?Dont think thats a good idea imo.

Tom Kalas had a fantastic loan spell at Vitesse where he was a regular in CB and one of their standout players. Another good loan like this and he will be pressing the first team, certainly one to watch.

As for Jovetic Vs Hulk, I would take Hulk anyday because he is able to play out wide and is a beast, plus he is called Hulk.

I would also take Fellaini over Cabaye.

Why Moses? He might be better than a 17th placed team but he's not good enough for our first team imo and if that's the case we don't need another benchwarmer.

Don't understand all this talk of Muller, Jovetic. As they are just in a Mata style mold and we will end up having the whole team wanting to play in the hole. I wish Roman would just pull a few strings and get Hulk signed Razz

He's physical, is an actual RIGHT winger(almost every guy we are linked with plays LW/CAM) and can contribute to scoring.

As much as the other guys are good players I don't think they are the right players for us at this point.

According to an article Hulk has come out and said he wants Chelsea not PSG and is happy at Porto. So I guess he either wants us or will stay.

His main Goal is to guarantee himself a spot with Brazil in the World Cup, hence why he is leaving Porto.

He is not better off accomplishing that with PSG.

Well it's not like it's his choice anyway. We aren't gonna pay the price Porto are asking for and there's nothing he can do about it. It's either stay at Porto or go get paid excellent money to play in Paris.

The fact that we're his preferred destination means nothing.

It means a lot actually.

We have a lot of bargaining power, because Hulk will only accept a move to Chelsea which will lead Porto to lower their asking price.

If there were other teams involved like Madrid, Barca, etc and Hulk accept their move that will lead to higher price. Less competition result in lower price.

Porto could keep Hulk for another year, but it is a fair assumption to make that he would be worth less in one year time. At that time Hulk could force their hand and force a move.

Anyway i believe we will get Hulk just have to be patient.
