In terms of using their fame/ability to make money from football/commercial etc.

First things that comes to my mind is C.Ronaldo and Becks.

Does not meen its a bad thing at all.

Yaya lost his starting role to Busquets and was going to leave whether he got overpaid or not. Also he wanted to play with Kolo. Players like Rooney who threaten to leave a good situation for more money are the most money orientated.
