Some great points here.
My point is reinforced by seeing that Villarreal are pretty much playing their A-team while KEY players are out for Bayern while City have much more to play for.
Napoli is a FANTASTIC team, yet they are known to choke in these tight and clutch situations as I know Mazzari and his team better then most here.
I predict an upset at the Madrigal for Napoli while City will dominate and beat Bayern.

They are nice examples of 2 teams doing well in Europe but not in the league, or viceversa.

Football won tonight as Napoli, a team with pedigree, heart and soul progressed against a team with a player who has more wages then the whole organization of Napoli (and its players) and showed the world why Serie A is a force and that money is only arbitrary, and can only get you so far.
-Serie A is the only team now with 3 teams.
-City are cack
-SSC Napoli
