Allen Collins Empty Allen Collins

A friend of mine bought me a Lynyrd Skynyrd vinyl recently and I finally got around to listening to it this morning. As I allowed Freebird to wash over me, I found myself startled by the realisation that Collins name is almost never mentioned when we speak of the Guitar Gods. He is constantly overlooked and that must be redressed, so take a second, look/listen at the vid I've posted and just sit back and enjoy the genius that was Allen Collins...
