2.I wouldnt say Cole is better than Abidal in current form
3.wilshire will not start it will be gerrard or lampard with Barry lol
4.Milner is good but a no contest for Ribbery

to be fair, it will come down to health imo. If both teams are fully healthy and fit, France is favored. But that never happens.

France for whatever reason is quite underrated on this forum. If a dis-functional France of the Dominech era beat England (comfortably mind you), why would it be any different now? Ill see France making it to the semi finals in the euro (this is not a trolling attempt).

France are better, but England will give them a run for their money.
If it was played today, that would be my opinion.
France would have more of the ball, but when England are forced into defending like that they normally do that well. They play better against the better sides.

Blanc conceding the England are "favorites of the group" and Capello not disagreeing.
Honestly, Capello has very little clue on how to mentally manage a new and unproven squad. Laying huge public expectations is the last thing you want... and Blanc knows that. Make your expectations private with the team and let them play with the least amount of mental baggage as possible.

True, but at the same time England dont have a good record against these kinds of strong teams. They need all the confidence they can get tbh.

It'll come down to health and form... always does with these things. Rooney not being there makes France big favorites imo. He's by far their best player. It's like France playing without Benzema....
