Inter Milan are interested in Liverpool midfielder Raul Meireles.

Portuguese media sources say Inter are exploring the prospect of luring Meireles to Italy this summer.

The midfielder only moved to Liverpool a year ago, but is unhappy with his contract and is seeking a major pay-rise.

Inter hope to convince Liverpool to part with Meireles by including players in their offer - including Cristian Chivu, Thiago Motta, Diego Milito

I didn't watch too many liverpool games to truly know if he would fit or not... but from what I've seen his pretty good...

Regardless of whether Inter are interested or not we are not going to sell one of our best players .

That article is rubbish why on earth would we be interested in Chivo Motta or Milito . All past their best.

He'd be an excellent replacement for Stankovic in your midfield, however Liverpool certainly won't be selling now that they're rising again with a stable management.
