finally caught up with season 9, the original ending was bad but not sure if the 2nd attempt is any better.... still very unsatisfying and maybe even worse lol, felt very rushed with folks starting to act out of character

- I thought the 1st finale was bad and unsatisfying until I saw their 2nd attempt at the ending..... now I think the first one was better lmao.
Having Harrison kill Dexter over Logan of all fucking people. They barely knew each other for what, 1 month, 2 months? And he murders his biological father over Logan? This made no sense at all. He also blames him for Deb but still, it's a stretch because he didnt know exactly why/how Deb died, he just assumed and did a complete 180 right after he just started actually bonding with Dexter.
It would make more sense to have Dexter killed by some other serial killer who outsmarted him tbh, but leaving it open-ended as in showing Dexter re-start under a different name in some faraway location doesnt seem bad now lol
