Don't be coy, Juve! Empty Don't be coy, Juve!

Even after a victory at the Stadio Olimpico in their top of the table clash with Lazio, Antonio Conte and his men are still refusing to talk about the Scudetto race. There is a point at which modesty becomes quite irritating fake humility. You want to just shake them by the shoulders and shout: “Admit it, you’re really good at this football thing!”

If Juventus don’t have the advantage this time, then when will they? In a packed fixture list, the Bianconeri have no European commitments at all. Conte has everyone fresh as a daisy and perhaps even more crucially able to train all week long to better understand his slightly radical tactical approach. So often we hear Champions League club Coaches complaining they have to do their training in a match situation, between travel and a game every three days.

The schedule also gives Conte another advantage, as he can focus for seven days on preparing for a single match, studying his opponents and drumming their weaknesses into his players. That grounding really shows, particularly against the smaller sides who try to do the exact same thing to Juventus.

The huge investment has given Juve strength in depth that few other teams can boast, especially as their injuries have been notably fewer than the likes of Inter, Milan and Lazio. Who else can have the luxury of Alessandro Del Piero and Fabio Quagliarella on the bench? If Claudio Ranieri and even Rodrigo Taddei at Roma can talk about their teams challenging for the title, it just seems ridiculous for Juventus to deny their standing. Milan are contenders too, but with that injury crisis and more of a focus on the Champions League, the ball is still in Juve’s corner.

By his own admission, Conte’s style of football is very hard work and takes a lot out of his men. This means it could well be difficult to maintain this tempo, level of aggression and pressing if they are playing every few days. Assuming they reach Europe, if Juve don’t win the Scudetto this season, they might not get such a good opportunity again.

So enough of the coy comments, Conte. All signs point to it being Juve’s year.

Until a loss comes I guess, then everyone will say how Juventus has fallen off, or that they really don't have what it takes
Lets just be realistic
Juventus will play Napoli (away), Roma (away I believe) and Udinese (away) in the next month, all three games are massive- then we can have an idea of this Juventus, see what the market brings to Juventus and to other clubs in Italy.

Long way ahead.

Lets just see what happens...
From those 3 fixtures...if we get 7 or 9 points then we will be feared by many!
