It is a done deal from reading that interview. It is going to happen just a matter of time. Coentrao also said they he may be able to play CB?!?!?!!? Is google translate frakking with me?

I think play in the half means in midfield.. not CB.. no?

Anw we'll just wait and see what will happen with the deal, and then we ll see what will Mou do with this player!

Not so complicated overcome Barca. With the newly built Mourinho team was four points in the league, won the Champions Cup and could go either way. All in a year! With a little time, Madrid has everything to get through to Barcelona.

No way is Khedira being benched for Coentrao and no way are we benching Higuain and Benz/Aguero.

I think that Coentrao transfer is just a matter of hours. Hope he is good at RB.

khedira will probably be injured and by the time he has come back he will have lost his place anyways

but i thought putting ronaldo as a striker was a compromise, he can act as a target man but wont be running for throughballs like higgy

and if we put higgy there, there is a chance that ozil will be benched and that chance will be very big considering ozils stamina

so thats why i put ronaldo there and then let higgy play as a supersub

btw kun(t) isnt coming because we are already overloaded with attackers let alone strikers and mou said that he would do only 3-4 signings so if the coentrao signing goes through that would spell the end of those kun(t) to real rumours

I've seen reports ranging from 20M to 30M. I can't find a specific figure yet, as anything but an official announcement will just be speculation.

Di maria cost you 25 mil.... starting fee. By the end of the season Real madrid payed Benfica 35-37 million euros. 3 Million short of their 40 mil valulation. Get your fact's straight before you post, and don't call my team "portuguese idiots".

Apparently Benfica aren't too happy about Coentrao saying he wants to join us meaning his likely to be charged.

There are always performance related fees. I personally think the Maicon Kaka talk right now is to force Benfica into lowering their demands

To my Portuguese brothers, please don't take Hala's statement to heart. He can be a bit...radical in his views. I still want us to sign Aguero and Coentrao just for the sake of his reaction.

we paid that depending on his performance(which was impressive)...the same as how we only paid 5 mill extra for benz b/c of his horrible performances at the start(probably due to his image rights)

and i apologise if it offended you, didnt mean it in that way... i just meant it in a way that itsnt the first tiime it has happened both with benfica AND porto
