Xavi of all the players who have come and gone in the last decade or so in Futbol, has stood out as the man everyone has seen as the hypothetical to be a tremendously effective manager.

Why? Not just his cerebral playing style but he is an utter joy to listen to when he speaks of the game, so passionate he is even if it is limited to his Cruyffian principles purely.

Difference is he watches the Top 3 leagues and most teams which tells me his attention to the game.

Or he is just bored post-Barca and there is not much to do in his Terrassa family home where he likely still resides within his modestly sized bedroom.

And picking mushrooms in his spare time...as an actual hobby.
