Should Arsenal try to sign Carlos Tevez?
Carlos Tevez
Before you dismiss this as a pipe dream with no foreseeable rewards hear me out.
We definitely don't have depth beyond RvP (11 goals) the closest Arsenal player to him in terms of goals scored has 2. It would be interesting to see a RvP + Tevez combo. Signing him on loan to experiment or just use him as a means to an end this year is very low risk and high reward. I want this recovery to become a storming of the PL and Tevez would help IMO. He has the class and I think first team playing time would stifle his attitude. Lemme get some feedback.

I'd be happy with a loan offer, seriously.

Re: Carlos Tevez
I say hell no.
Attitude off the pitch really is appalling. If he doesn't want to even train with City, who are currently the best side in the league, then how would his attitude be any better with another club? It's not City that's the problem, but rather the country itself.
And the wages would be ridiculous, too.

No. Not even if City give us 15 million plus Tevez in swap for Almunia and Squillacci.

Re: Carlos Tevez
Honestly, Arsenal are in a struggling position, and I do not think Carlos Tevez would be of any benefit to that. Unity is needed during tough times, and I think Carlos Tevez would destroy any chance of it.
Plus, while he is talented, he is too much of a cancer for me to responds "yes." He has been linked with Juventus, and I have given the same answer, for the record.

Re: Carlos Tevez
He's proven to perform with playing time and didnt have attitude fiascos before he lost his playing time at Moneybags. I am 100% sure that we're relying on RvP right now and without him we'd be on the way down again. A loan for 4 months is very low risk and high reward.

That is what I am saying, Tevez is a beast and can help us out a lot. Just imagine RVP and Tevaz up front.

Re: Carlos Tevez
But he did have attitude issues before City. Even at United, there were issues of him being homesick and even when he was bagging goals for fun with City, he wanted to leave.
His attitude issues aren't linked with playing time, it's do with family. He's not even turning up to training, which suggests he's not conerned about playing time whatsoever.

Surely 4 months with us couldn't be enough time to bring about problems that would be of any threat to our teams unity. Matter fact, he doesn't have to even go in the dressing room lol, just leave him on the pitch.

Re: Carlos Tevez

loool, ok then let him fighting even though I would love to have him back
Now seriously, Tevez = Problem, maybe he would score a couple of goals - but no need to risk.
Not so many options though.

He'll leave sooner than later, just wasting his talent at Arsenal.
