COD is good, but very very overrated imo better fps games out there.
Mario Galaxy, everybody said it was amazing but it was boring and didn't last more than a few minutes.

I love me the Xbox, but Halo is just meh.

Seriously, there were like a thousand better FPS at the time. Obviously since it was the Xbox flag title people were gonna buy it and wank over it.

If i can get good at Gears( which has one of the highest learning curves around) theres no reason i couldnt at Halo....

What's with the hate on AC?

As a history buff, I love this series. It's a learning experience as well as a badass video game. They level of detail that went into making the re-imagined cities of Jerusalem, Acre, Damascus, Florence, Venice, and Rome as well as the upcoming Constantinople is simply unreal. This series is definitely not overrated.

As for Halo, I love the multiplayer, but never really got into the single player.

I don't think it deserves a mention in thread because of it's multiplayer alone, which can be quite epic in the Big Team Battles.

honestly i have been to Rome and when i saw that bridge near the Castel in AC i was like OMG i saw that bridge

Like McLewis said, I find AC so stunning in the way that just about all their storyline (apart from the future) is historically accurate.

Props to the developers of that game, they've done a fantastic job on that series.

3 years ago I would have disagreed on Halo but as of now, I am well and truly off Halo. I absolutely will not be buying Halo 4 or Combat Evolved. After playing Battlefield, CoD and Crysis, the gameplay in Halo was soooooo sloowwwwwwwww...
