Mine goes like this

Germany : Bastian Schweinstiger

Italy: Andrea Pirlo

Netherlands: RVP

Spain: Xavi

France: Samir Nasri

England: Rooney

Left out Portugal because ... Well yeah no brainer

How can Rooney be the most valuable for England when he won't even play a game

France: Ribery

England: Spearing

Denmark: Eriksen (sorry, but if England are contenders, so are Denmark)

Most valuable as in most integral to their team's chances at winning the cup?

Because then RVP is behind quite a few players for the Dutch national team: Robben, Huntelaar, Sneijder, Stekelenburg. He's never impressed me at all internationally and even with his great club form I don't see that changing.

Italy: I would probably agree with Andrea Pirlo, though Cassano should really be considered his equal to the team.

Spain: Xavi

England: Lacking Rooney, I'm going to say Terry.

Since Rooney will miss the entirety of the group stages, I'd say our most important player would probably be Ashley Young, as he'd probably the only in-form creative player we have.

As for others:

France - Frank Ribery. I can't imagine the likes of Nasri or Benzema to big game players in the tournament.

Germany - Schweinsteiger is important for the balance of the side, but Oezil is the creative spark. So Oezil for me.

Italy - Andrea Pirlo. Just going with the general consensus on this one, since I've little knowledge of the Italian national team.

Netherlands - Tempted to say van Persie, but it depends on the form and fitness of Sneijder and Robben, who are more likely to produce at international level.

Spain - Andres Iniesta. Ultimate big game player.

Poland - Wojceich Szczesny.
