Re: November International Break
good performance from Oxlade if he can just improve his ball retention a bit he will be starting more games for us. I can't wait to see him.....love the way he just goes past players easily

Re: November International Break
Oxlade-Chamberlain received the official espn man of the match award tonight. I thought he played well but wasn't exceptional.
Nevertheless he performed well and stood out along with some others. Continues to impress and improve.

Re: November International Break
His dribbling and ability to beat people is certainly his strength. Tonight I thought he was a bit too eager to produce something, be it a cross, shot or taking on another man.
But he's still very young as a player and if he continues like this he'll be a star.

If only Walcott could do that, he could become one of the greatest.

Re: November International Break
Does anyone know what's Park's goal per game ratio since he joined us? I really think it's ridiculously good.

Re: November International Break
Apparently, Szczesny didn't play too well for Poland. One of Italy's goals was from distance and his positioning was dodgey.
This from a Polish poster I know on another forum.
This defintely seems to be Szczesny's biggest weakness at the moment. Even stats show that he's let in the most goals from outside the penalty area in the league.

Here's Balotelli's goal:
http://www.101greatgoals.com/videodisplay/golazo!-mario-balotelli-poland-15678630/
Szczesny's positioning here is not right. Even if the shot swerved and dipped, it wasn't in the corner. Also consider that Szczesny is 6'5''.

Re: November International Break
Robin van Persie will be rested and not play against Germany on Tuesday, at the request of Arsene Wenger. http://bit.ly/vtJt7r
Re: November International Break
So van Persie has made it through all of the international breaks this season unscathed. What a relief.
Now we need the rest to come back okay.
