There is no depth for Pirlo, you can find other players and play diferent sistem.
But you can't find direct replacament for Pirlo, you just can hope he stays fit.

What I mean is a good passer of the ball who is a CM.
Deep lying playmakers are few and far between but having a passing CM will mean the system is more similar than the Marchisio-Vidal combo

Interesting ideas, I just really doubt that Juventus will bring a player like Higuain/Benzema in- especially in January. Also, I don't think Juventus is particularly lacking up front, although the talent of both those players is a massive upgrade.
I mean, if Quagliarella leaves because he doesn't play and then Higuain (just for example) joins and then maybe Matri won't play, meaning he would just be the next name out of here. Juventus are struggling to use the forward depth available to them so another name, currently, does not make sense.
Really the only move of necessity is a left back OR a CB, left back is preferred. After that the next matter of importance would be a young regista capable of stepping in for Pirlo on occasion.

hmm we have issues with left back position so
out:

one left back few good around ziegler back can work too i guess but its coach issue to find who is the best option but dif we cant stay with Grosso and De Ceglie
if we cant find a solution for our LB position we need a cover at CB i dont know either who will be the best but dif i dont want Alex.i prefer a promising CB and if he is Italian even better.
about others positions the only guy around and Italian that he is able to cover around 50% of what Pirlo can do is Poli also he is young and he can become a greater player with Pirlo's teaching if we cant get him i dont find anyone who can replace him so i prefer Marchisio-Vidal mid with no Pirlo around.
