Junior Hoillet

Anyone else rate him?

He's got an abundance of pace, very good close control and has scored some cracking goals in the past 12 months. Don't understand why he doesn't get any hype but I can see him moving to a club like Newcastle/Spuds/Villa in January.

Don't think he's ready for any of the "Top 4" clubs yet.

Gil passing over a chance to take a shot at Liverpool... surprising.

There's actually been a good deal of talk about him on these and other PL-centric forums. Newcastle and Spurs are said to be interested in a January move, while we have been tracking him since Comolli was brought in last January.

Well, I mentioned him in the Premier League section a couple of days ago, but only a handful of people go there...

Yeah, I rate him. Only 21, hopefully we'll see him at another club by next season.

I hype the hell outta him on the chat every week. He is the best North American team on the world. Would be a sideways step to to go to Villa. He will roast Bosongwa tomorrow Laughing

I, n Spurs n NUFC are above Chelsea in the table.. Hence theyare top 4 clubs as it stands

Canada's best player
DeRo's getting old and this guy is freaking amazing
great pace, great skills, very good infront of goal, can assist and score goals....
what more do you need in a player
has amazing potential
hopefully he doesnt screw it up

coonsidering he was born and raised there plus he already has said it
but hopefully he doesnt become another Asmir Begovic who chose to play for Serbia instead

in Canada naturalised players are the norm as most people there are from another country

Oooooooo Canadaaaaaaaa. Hope he plays for them, even if it does mean he'll have to deal with the BS their federation constantly goes through.

No need for January hype, though, nobody's getting him. Rovers need him more than ever, staying in the Premier League is miles more valuable than any scant fee they would get in January with his expiring contract.

I've not seen him declare for Canada at all.

I've seen him wait for England and Jamaica... and tbh, Canada doesn't look attractive for any player developing well within the EPL.

Hes got great tekkers and pace, noticed him as a stand out player for them last season but if I was to give him a negative it would be his work rate defensively isn't great.

Great young kid, has a good future ahead of him. A move to Spurs will give him some CL football next season 'ow about that?

Whenever I see him, I'm typically pretty impressed. Standout player for Blackburn, young, too.
