Speaking of PPVs, I'm not too keen on the themed events they now have e.g. TLC, Hell in a Cell. Those matches used to be reserved for special feuds and were on the occasion, now they are not as unique and their quality has dropped.

TBH there are not good wrestlers around or no good gimmiks and storylines ...so PPV'S like u mentioned become all the more disgusting to watch..still i think royal rumble and wrestlemania are mcmahon's prized assets.that'll keep the popularity of wwe going atleast for now

Yeh Royal Rumble is usually interesting for the obvious reasons and also the odd PPV is decent.

I enjoyed the KOTR before they began tampering with it. It really boosted the careers of so many who went on to bigger things.

Yeh I think Sheamus shouldn't really have won the last one. He was a main eventer to begin with, then he won it and dropped to mid card and now he's in the main event again.

Factors like Linda running for government, sponsorship, and the lure of extra revenues really played a part.

I wonder if it is a cycle and we will see the writers return to more edgier material in the next few years, since Cena will grow older and his audience will grow with him. I'd love it to happen, but I think Vince and his successor would rather play in the comfort zone. I don't know really..

It sure won't happen anytime soon, since I feel they will make HHH / Taker 3 at WM28. Beyond that, I'm not really sure whether Undertaker will still be on the roster. I feel he will retire.

WWE are planning to make him have one more match at WM 20 and call it quits. Knowing Triple H is a glory hunter, I woundn't be surprised if he won. But doubt it will happen.

On the Rock / Cena match, it is being held in Miami and there would be chaos if Cena is victorious. The outcome of Rock / Hogan worries me, as I think they might take a similar direction as they did in that match.

I don't see any way they could end the streak now. They had chances over the years, but they kept it alive.

It would be the ultimate slap in the face if it was ended at 19.

I can only think of Kane and HHH as potential opponents.

For it to be Kane, they would need to make the match unique and symbolic. Having said that, I don't think Undertaker is physically up for a Cell match or anything too high risk.

There were rumours of him facing Sting earlier this year. Also he was suppose to face Wade Barrett I think. It didn't happen for some reason though.

The way HHH and Austin both implied that it could happen again, this leads me to believe it may be HHH.

I think for kayfabe, the best option is Kane. Kane debuted and took out the Undertaker, so Undertaker can take out Kane as his final action. If the writers want to lay out their entire history on the table, you could have an excellent build up.

I think Undertaker might face Triple H in a PPV before Wrestlemania where Triple H will probably win.

The way Undertaker takes long intervals out of the company, it would have to be fairly close to Wrestlemania if they want to do it. I am thinking Elimination Chamber.
