In my experience, I was fitter when I didn't have a girlfriend than when I do. Since my masturbation rate has gone down drastically since having a girlfriend, this must clearly mean that Ronaldo is wrong

Actually your body can't tell the difference between you masturbating, and you having sex. Both will affect performance on the field though, which is why most athletes are told to not have sex the night before a game.
