I thought that was a good episode tbf. Prolly my favourite from this season.

Does that woman have no shame her little sister and her daughter were in the bed and it was in a van if i'm not mistaken, not to steady.

Concerning the episode as a whole it was decent and the Governor seems to have met up with the big group they talked about in a past episode.

I doubt the group will move out the prison any time soon. Hopefully next half of the season they do.

This time around I believe there will be an actual showdown at the prison ala comic book style.

Or at least I hope.

I think he was talking about Woodbury while using 3rd person narrative. He said about the leader going mad ( aka himself )

HOLY SHITE YAAAAAAAS. A change of scenery was exactly what this show needed Mitch is a boss actor. Loved him from Fringe and A Band of Brothers.

The Real Governor is back Destroyed his competition with ease.

NEXT EPISODE IS GOING TO BE INSANE. At the end they showed the snick peak at the next episode and seems like there will finally be a war between Rick's and Governor's groups.

When they sacked Glen Mazzara ( story writer ) after that shitty season 3 finale. They probably realised that they messed everything up. They are basically re-doing season 3 with this Governor Arc.

We are going to get an insane showdown. They have a tank ffs forget the rocket launchers in season 3. A tank

Talking about the governor. He is doing exactly what Shane would have done to keep Lori and Carl save. Governor's redemption failed but what he is doing comes in the bracket of morality instead of insanity. Mitch was a great character, for the 40 minutes we saw him. Wish he was a regular but yea....

The starting scene was so amazing. That chess scene with Lilly. probably one of the best start to an episode.

Mid season finale next. There will be shit loads of deaths ( significant too if they follow the comics ). Watch them end it on a cliff hanger and wait for 2 months

Man I hope the showdown doesn't kill some of the better characters. Like Daryl, Glen, Maggie, Michonne. Obviously Rick will survive. I wouldn't mind if Hershel dies along with the bunch of other unnecessary characters (like the little girls, Beth, the drunk black guy, etc). Also wouldn't mind if Tyrese dies. His sister has more balls than him.

I hope some main characters die.
They are essentially redoing last season. And this seems a lot closer to the comic version of the showdown.

That episode was just amazing. The Governor is just fecking boss agree with RG that opening scene to the episode with the girl was strong! And then how quickly the governor just established his authority over the group. Born leader
I saw Martinez's death coming at the hands of the governor when they first went on top of that caravan. I just knew it was gonna happen.

The episode just sets up the mid-season finale brilliantly. I can't wait.

@Lex i thought the same Governor probably realised it was much safer with the group than out.

The 'war' that was supposed to happen for the entire second half of season 3 is now happening on one-episode's notice in the middle of season 4

So basically this half of the season hasn't progressed the main storyline a single bit. Same finale as last season, Governor and his people vs Rick and his people.

The story has progressed. That Disease bit was progression. The Governor bit had to be done because of complaints and the fact that they want to end every plot holes before moving on.

Governor arc should be done this sunday at best and then they will move on. If not then 2 episodes max.
