Because Griezmann is their only CF currently available as Suarez is out injured I think. Also, Griezmann being a "lone striker" vs Osasuna shouldn't exactly be a difficult task.

Zero shots, 16 touches on the ball, it probably is a difficult task. Expecting a brace from him in the 2nd half as it's fking Osasuna.

Osasuna will probably get relegated but playing that provincial side will give our guys PTSD. I was so happy they weren't in LL these past few seasons

Not surprised, thought we were done actually, but then we could have even won it at the end, but our youth players just nowhere near good enough, and wasted the chance.

Maybe Im being too harsh on them, but to be Barca we need everyone to be good enough, otherwise this is the kind of results we will start be getting used to.

Its clear that this is Valverde's best, at least he changed things at HT, but still, we I hope for is for our starts to pull us through this season. I dont expect much at all from Valverde apart from picking the right and balanced team hopefully

Long story short, I really wanted to see Osasuna lose. God I hate that side so much, like honestly hate them.

What could you possibly have against Osasuna, a city that gives us the fabulous running of the bulls fiesta?

I ain't sure about a city I never have been to lol but I certainly do not like the club.

Also, I won't run with bulls, that seems like it isn't the best of ideas.

Problem with Grizzy as a lone CF, the few times I've seen it, is exactly how this game played out... he becomes a poacher and a very picky poacher at that. He's not strong or tall enough to compete with CBs. So he literally needs to become a ghost so they forget about him and then he suddenly pops up to score.

Tbh, the only time I've seen it is when a team sets up for the counter attack... not a team in possession. So today was a new one. He didn't have the opportunity to use the one trait that would have helped him... his speed. No space. Barca don't transition fast enough and played possession anyhow.

Get the injuries... but I would have played a traffic cone at CF (like was often the case at Atleti) and let Grizzy play like he usually does.
