It's exactly as I said. We would have lost 0-4 to Bayern as well in Allianz during our treble season if Neymar didn't quickly reply to Bayern's early goal (7th minute) with a brace and take the steam out of the game.

Playing the first leg at home is desastrous for us. We always win big in Camp Nou which gives the opponent a "nothing to lose just throw everything at them" mentality infront of their own fans in the return leg. And when an elite team does throw everything at you and manages to score one early, Barca can easily concede 3 - 4 goals. What matters is to score 1 or 2 back and without someone like Neymar it's almost impossible for us. Who is going to score? Suarez is too slow at this point and Messi is busy doing his best Benzema impression around the center circle.

The Neymar at Barcelona is really a different beast from what he is now. Also, he is more injury prone too. In any case, similar to Madrid and Pogba, would actually love to see if Barcelona can actually put this off.

the problem with player swaps, besides not wanting said players is negotiating wages for such players. its one of the major reasons those are tough to close in football, compared to basketball. in basketball the players existing contract carries over until he becomes a free agent and negotiates a new deal. in football, those players' would also be negotiating a new deal salary-wise with psg. so its not just about the transfer, but psg might not be interested in spending money on wages for said players

it would be a good deal for psg if they get those 3 players, cut the neymar deal to maybe 110 million, and have barcelona cover 70 percent of the wages of the 3 mentioned players for the duration of the first phase of the contract, so if its a four/five year deal, barca pay 70 percent of those players' wages for the 4 or 5 years, until that deal is up

financially, even the above scenario is still a loss for psg. they should be looking to play hard ball more than just that

PSG despise Barca... they would rather rake them over coals than give into anything.  They will require max euros paid immediately or nothing.  

For PSG to show flexibility, it has to be some other team.
