dude can learn from Marcelo and Toni Kroos. its not a problem if it were one

very pleased with us signing him. I know some of yall Like Reguilon but at his best he is arbeloa. nothing wrong with that but our full-backs need to be much more offensive. like a prime carvajal. signing Mendy was a necessity especially given Marcelo's current state.

I trust ferland to keep marcelo on edge.

Marcelo played like he always has, just no Ronaldo this time to bail him out with goals. He behaved impeccably when he was not only benched but humiliated by Solari

His agent was on RMC yesterday saying there was no medical visit yesterday.

Today it's bouhafsi saying it.

His agent was talking about how Lyon wanted us to pay what City paid for the other Mendy. The deal will be closed around 50 mil

He flucked the medical! He had some hip problem, but not considered serious. He is to take another physical after he concludes his callup with France.

He didn't "fluke" his medical lol nonsense.

Because he had a hip problem we want to run more in depth tests to make sure he is ok which were not possible at Clairefontaine due to the equipment available.

I wish him the best he is a special talent and I hope we can sign him

You obviously have a different definition of flunked! He didn’t pass medical, that normally is the definition for flunked. Oh sorry, I see I had misspelled.

In any event, they have said they don’t believe the problem is serious nor will it prohibit signing. They plan to check it out after the France NT games are finished.

He's in. That medical story was made up... because we were still negotiating with Lyon. Aulas tried to get a few extra euros at the last minute and Madrid countered with the medical thing.

It's final. They're just waiting for after the NT games to announce it.

Mendy starts let's reguilon back him up, don't see the reason for Marcelo to stick around not like he brings leadership or anything.

He is a leader tho. From what I've seen, he helps ingratiate new and youth players into the really well.

Reguilon need game time, he should be loaned out.

I'd keep Theo though.

It says here!! That all signings are now done with the exception of ONE midfielder. It will be Pogba, if attainable, second choice is Ndombele and third option is Eriksen. This final signing will take some time and to help it, the exits will soon start happening.
