Him coming fat has nothing to do with anything tbh.. Neymar often has these same injuries and comes back to immediately be the best player in PSG, posting mad numbers and doing every opponent dirty wether fully fit, overweight or not.

My point is hazard has never been good enough tbh but was massively protected by Chelsea who didn't Have much expectations for players in the first place.

Hazard is one bang average fraud tbh..

For perspective on why injuries are not the issue or fitness,...

In neymars first season at PSG he scores 28 goals in 29 games and 16 assists.

The following season, he had same injury on thesame ankle but scored 24 in 27 games 11 assists, while playing as a 10

And had a third one in thesame ankle before the Copa America and is banging 16 goals in 19 games and 10 assists, with a hamstring in between all while paying as a 10.

I think you guys are being a little too harsh on him.

First, you need to understand that Hazard is no prime Ronaldo or Messi or even Neymar. He's not a consistent world beater, but he has his moments. He can sometimes carry the team, but don't count on him to do that consistently because he can't.

So before labeling him a flop, let's first refrain from comparing him to players that are light years ahead of him like Neymar because he'll always come short in comparison, and compare him instead to players of the same category.

Now, let's try to be a little fair to the fat prick. It took him a while to settle in Spain properly and familiarize himself with La Liga, as most players do, but eventually he improved, and prior to picking up his first serious injury, he had been playing really well.

That injury kept him on the sidelines for almost 3 months, but when he came back against Celta, he hit the ground running and was one of our best players on the pitch that day.

Against Levante, he was very bad, I'll admit, but then again who wasn't out of our dreadful frontline? At least, in Hazard's defense, he had the excuse of coming back from a long-term injury. What's the others' excuse?

And let me remind you, we conceded the goal yesterday after he was subbed off because we immediately lost our balance and possession up front when he left and Levante was able to regain some ground and make some attacks, one of which resulted in the goal. Before that, they were pinned back in their own final third and had to rely solely on counters to try and score.

I would refrain from calling him a flop for now because he was simply unlucky with injuries. I would definitely call his first season at Madrid a failure though, but I would wait until he gets back to full fitness and has a full season with us first, then if he still comes up short by then, call him whatever you like, and I promise you I'll be in the frontline with you.

Ben Yedder was killing it at Sevilla too... He had 30 goals for Sevilla last season. He's actually on pace for less than that for Monaco (25 goals).

1. Hazard is not a winger. He is a very complete player who can easily play centrally.

2. Pace was never his strength, his strengths are Dribbling, Agility, Flair and final third key passes.

3. Didn't get played, did Chelsea know he was going to be injured multiple times this year? Injuries are always hard to predict, and are unfortunate.

4. He will be back in his top form, soon enough.

we are one week away from season starting and he is not in shape. He travelled with his NT for nothing, while we have many senior players like Modric and Courtois who got off NT duty to better prepare in Madrid.

There just seems to exist a difference between how our team values physical readiness and Hazard. And this comes after a year where he admitted not coming into shape for preseason last summer and he ended up injured and played a poor season.

It’s just disappointing at so many levels. He is a gifted footballer who doesn’t understand the value of hard work and being physically ready it seems.

It just seems to go from bad to worse with Hazard. If he thinks he can rock up at the club overweight and unmotivated he'll get the biggest reality check when he gets booed and has some c team players name shouted everytime he he haa the ball.

There shouldn't be double standard when it comes to Hazard. At least Bale haa a few decent seasons before he turned to shit. Hazard had a few months. If Hazard isn't careful Vinicius will take his place and he'll have a difficult time getting into the XI when we start having a good run of wins without him
