Reason is because I'm convinced if Russia get through they'll cheat their way to the final. (I'm skeptical of hosts)

We've been surprisingly good at controlling our emotions and not being caught up in the occasion, so I'd be decently confident against Russia.

Croatia would toy with our midfield and have two pacey, direct wingers that could pin our wing-backs back. Wouldn't be very confident against them.

for a country that ran an extensive doping program, and knowing how lax the doping control is in football, there is absolutely no reason not to believe this Russia team is on somekind of performance enhancer already. They are running like animals. please...

IMO our weakness is fast transitions, I don't think Croatia attack fast enough personally. They might beat us because Modric and Rakitic and better than our midfield but I feel like we match up quite well.

It's for this reason I hope Belgium beats France, Mbappe against Young on a counter feels me with dread.

Yeah England have far too many runners

It's kind of painful watching hendo in the midfield and then Kane, Sterling, Dele, Lingard, all trying to run behind the defense, then seeing hendo pass the ball back to the defense
