i don't think they adjusted. as soon as we went into half time nil nil i knew they'd score. with us, this season its just about patience, nobody can create any clear cut chance so just wait for guys like marcelo for example to bomb forward and forget about defense. the offense is crap so are the midfielders and the defense. villareal were just patient. we are learning the hard way. this sucks even worse than the 05-06 season.

a clear out is absolutely necessary, a bunch of these guys are old in football years, lol and these defenders we field are soft. i trust the experiment of signing young spanish back ups who were beasting at osasuna et al, will end here

It wasn't some grand adjustment, all Calleja did was just add on an extra winger at HT to increase the likelihood of them having speed on the wings to counter us at...to which they did. What my boy Zidane did, wait till the 70th minute to bring on Lucas and Asensio. As he always does. Nothing changes.

To add insult to injury, 2 legit PKs denied, the Villareal player being offside leading up to the goal and Fornais sprinting 80 yards to get to our box while Kroos could not even be bothered. Or Casemiro for that matter.
