All we literally have to do is not fk up. Like, it is ridiculously simple. We've beaten Malaga on bad days, we can beat them Sunday. I expect them to come out fighting though, not buying what their president said. He is a pleb anyway.

I must be the only Real Madrid fan who's completely ignoring the league and solely focusing on the CL.

Now, don't get me wrong, I realize how huge the league title is and how difficult it is to win it, especially in Spain where you have three elite teams battling it out (something that doesn't exist anywhere else).

So yeah, I know how huge the league title is, but my days, all I can think about right now is being the first club in history to lift the CL title two years in a row.

It's going to be difficult with Juventus having a bulletproof defense and us conceding goals for fun. But a man can only dream, right?

So make sure to win the title tomorrow, and then go get me my baby from Cardiff and I'll be forever grateful to you.

The game tomorrow is more important.

It's a matter of what do we have to win versus what we have to lose.

If we lose the league it will be one of the biggest chokes. If we win it'll be expected.

If we lose the CL it will be easy to get over with, but if we win we'll have made history.

COming out of an era dominated by Messi and barcelona in spain, any win is important.

La liga title is a huge milestone for us, we won one in like 8 years, we need to build again national dominance.

The CL is a piece on its own and is equally as important but we can worry about it after.

I'm with nick, this La Liga title is the upmost importance right now, it's been too long since we won it.

Personally I'd rather have La Liga and runner up in CL then the other way around

both are important. considering that we're supposed to be like 10 plus points ahead based on how many times barcelona has botched up, i really want the league. the ucl is always important, always. i've been a fan for years and never seen us win the league and ucl at the same time. if we can do a back to back it will be even more special. i'd like to get greedy and have both. its also good for team growth, competing and winning two top prizes

Never. CL is our competition and if there is one club who could win it twice in a row it's us. Ideally we'll win both but if I had to choose that would be the CL and I wouldn't think twice

The UCL is always as important as the league in any season...other than this one. I think the fan base can recover from a UCL loss to Jjuve fairly easy. It would, however, take quite a while for us to truly recover from a league title loss on the final day to Barcelona who, btw, have been pretty poor by their standards.

Especially since, as Tito mentioned, we should have been holding a ten point lead easily.

that's the thing, we wont the CL twice in the past 3 years.

I would be way more upset if we fumble this Liga title than if we lose to Juve.

I want both end of the day, but la liga is closer to heart in this context

I definitely disagree with most of you, respectfully of course.

I have always rated the CL higher than any league in the world. There's simply not a single club competition in the universe more prestigious or fulfilling than the CL, at least as far as I'm concerned.

But there's another reason I'm dying to lay my hands on this year's CL. There's a record (and oh boy it is one hell of a record) involved. If we could become the first club to win it back to back it would immortalize this team throughout history.

Next year, and if we win it this year, my priority will shift to the league and I won't even care about winning the CL for at least the next 4 years.

But for now, I want that bad boy and I want it now.

2014 - Atleti - 90 pts
2015 - Barca - 94 pts
2016 - Barca - 91 pts

We have 90 points so far and, with a win, will wind up with 93 points.

The CL is always the priority personally as the fans are in love with the European cup. It's the grandest stage on earth and Real Madrid are the standard bearers of European football.

That Barca have been lesser than past years... and we are somehow the lesser deserving as a result. Typical Barca bs. Fact is, our point total is right on par with the winners of the past 3 seasons (if we win of course)

Enrique being a classles pos can't come to anyone's surprise though.

I mean, sure, as our rivals, I expect any one of them (except Messi and Iniesta) to talk up how we are not deserving and say some conspiracy but Barcelona have literally been poor (by their standards) and that's mostly due to either his (Lucho) doing, the club's purchases or a perfect mixture of both. Also, the numbers don't lie.

If it weren't for Lionel, I really think Barcelona is fighting with Atletico for 2nd and we already won La Liga.

So far, so very God damn good. Best I can ask for really, we winning, Barca losing. Cannot ask for more, wait, yes, I can ask for more and I am.

I would be a very happy man when Benzema stops starting in La Liga matches. Such a damn traffic cone.

Danilo worries me...  he's out of position so damn much.  No man's land half the time.  

Everyone else is fine.  Malaga will get tired around the 65 min mark and, if we're still ahead, we'll score more.  They're pressing very high which makes our forwards a bit isolated as our mids are forced to come lower to help.

Standard tactics.  Never works for a full game.

I laugh when reading most posts here. Doubting Thomas' we won la liga mid week. Most of you were whining when we didn't wrap up the title a month ago. It made for an entertaining last month, but a title was secured in my mind. So too with the CL. Juve is a tough opponent but we win on experience.

I think you all best reflect on the criticism you have levelled all year at Perez, Zidane, Ronaldo, Isco, Asensio,Lucas, Morata, Modric, Kroos, Casemiro, Kova, Ramos, Carvajal, Pepe, Nacho and Marcelo.
