Matip is a clown. And James has no idea about football.

I said it months back that Pool would do way better with a top Winger who could make the difference like Mane allowing Coutinho to play 10 if needed & also will provide more competition. And a good CB.

Despite the own goal, which was unlucky, he had a great game, made many good tackles and completely shut Lewandowski down, he seems to work really well with VVD and the fact that we haven't missed Gomez too much shows it

How was the own goal unlucky? it's not like it deflected off him, he put his leg out and into his own net. It would have been a goal regardless as there was a player next to him, but he could have possibly done more with it.

Yeah probably not unlucky, he had the best intention but it just didn't work out, you need a quick reaction in those situations and it can happen, if he didn't touch it Lewandowski would score, but I think that goal is more down to Robertson because Gnabry went easily through that side

didnt he knock one into his own net a few weeks back in the EPL. goal got chalked off for offside though.
