Then the transfer is done on the last day.

when madrid want a player they get him. they ask the price they pay the money and he is then a madrid player. man u can ask for any player they want. madrid would say yes or no then ask the price. when madrid want a player they dont mess around. man u asked 30mil for de gea from the word go. if they really wanted him they would have just payed it. they wanted him. but they didnt want him enougth to really go out and get him. no way on earth madrid would miss out on a player they really want at the last min.
