Your point of having no answer?
There is no obligation for Jose Mourinho to stay the full 90 minutes, yet there is an obligation for the managers to shake hands as a sign of good sportsmanship.

I never said either. He's not obligated to stay until the final whistle and the managers aren't obligated to shake hands. But if he is going to leave early, don't expect your counterpart on the opposition bench to indulge you in it.

I'm with shed on this one, it is rather disrespectful to do this, and I don't blame Lambert for not shaking his hand.

It's not disrespectful; it's a bold move. Tells the opposition that the game is over to us and whatever minutes remaining wont change the result. The presence of a manager during the game is a privilege not a necessity.
My only take would be that such antics might feed other oppositions into playing better to get back at Chelsea / Mourinho. It would be better not to resort to such antics though its clear that it was a by-product of a Mourinho Reward System rather than a feeling of superiority / disrespect. The firmness of the handshake and the features of the face says it all.

Whether he meant it as a form of respect, it ends up looking as if he is very condescending towards the opposite manager.
Of course, there is no obligation to shake hands nor stay until the final whistle but walking out early just indicates a lack of respect IMO though it is Mourinho

Roy Keane brands José Mourinho a disgrace, saying Chelsea boss would ‘get knocked out’ on a Sunday for trying to shake hands before the end of a game:

"The game was still going on. It’s disgraceful. I’ve seen him doing it to other managers, it is a disgrace."
"You wouldn’t do that on a Sunday morning, you would get knocked out."
Agreed.
