Re: Rounders
Rounders was GOAT can't deny it
Played outdoors obviously but if it was raining we'd do it in the small-ish sports hall it was a mess
Must've ran into about 20 people during the course of games because of 3 games overlapping when u ran to get the ball.

Re: Rounders
lmfao outside rounders was a joke. Boys always used to smash it as far as possible for a laugh. That's why they never let a boys vs girls match. But it was jokes anyways with the amount of people not being able to catch a simple 0.000000mph pass.
Indoor was annoying cause you always smash the ceiling lights and get told off.

Re: Rounders
Hm. Really. Never saw that here. Wiki says it is rarely played in Germany, and only in Kiel, Köln, Berlin, Hamburg und Osnabrück. Well, I guess it is about as farspread here as cricket or American football or baseball ^^

Re: Rounders
Ain't no better feeling in school than narrowly beating the batsman to the last base and shouting in his face in pure joy and emotion ffs

Re: Rounders
I went to school in England for a while and still never played rounders.
Broke a couple fingers playing rugby though, which was nice.
That being said, rugby is still awesome. You know what sport is totally moronic? Field hockey. Who invented that garbage?

Re: Rounders
Rounders is such a bullshit sport. We played it from primary all the way to the 4th year in High School, and it was always a mess, because guys and girls used to play together, and we would spend more time retrieving the ball from hedges because some dicks hit it too far away and so many of the girls would just cower away from the ball when it came their way. Not to mention many people couldn't catch the ball to save their life. Utter garbage.
Nothing is worse than field hockey though, piece of shit sport.

ffs exactly

We were forced into Rounders whenever it rained outside. All the boys wanted to play football in the winter rain. We didn't really care but it was against some crappy school health law or some shit. Had to play Rounders instead.

Me: You’ve played with & against a lot of great players in your career. Can you put into perspective what A.D. is doing right now?
Rondo: Whatcha want me to do? Suck him off?
Me: Uh.
