As a man who knows Jesé Rodríguez really well, Alberto Toril took to the airwaves of 'Deportes Cope' radio and heaped praise on the Spaniard's performance against Cornellá.

"He played very well. It's tough to come back after that type of injury. Better than expected. It's no surprise that he's more muscular now because he has been working out a lot in the gym. Now he just has to get some games under his belt. He'll get back to his previous form. He's always been strong, quick, and he'll continue to have those qualities".

He believes that Jesé will bring some additional competition for the rest of the forwards: "It's just a matter of time. He needs to get back to his best form. He needs to play and train, because when he's at his best he can compete with absolutely anyone

That partly explains why he's lost so much of the explosive pace he had before. I think I'm pretty open minded when it comes to different genres of music, but the two music videos in this thread are CRINGY as hell Laughing

He should just accept a midtable club ffs. There are alot of the midtable clubs in Spain after him but in his head he probably sees himself as equals with Ronaldo so only wants a big team.

Really disappointing. I never really understood the PSG move. One big club with limited playing time as a rotational role player to another- never saw the point.

He has shown the quality to play at a decent club, and hopefully he can turn his career around at one of the Spanish clubs outside of the top 3, or an upper mid table club in Europe.
