as my headline says your team proved that today. Don't feel bad you had a good game and scored 2 u were just unlucky at time. If I was Madrista I would be proud of my team after this today, they clawed with their fingernails and tried the best. YOU GUYS ARE CLASS no matter how hard it was you never gave up and ..... I am without words I feel so bad that u crushed out like this but as I said You accepted the challenge and gave them a challenge.

BRAVO your team has standing ovation from me :bow:

thank you for your kind words but as proud as i am over my team i'm also just as dissapointed they were missing all these chances.

worst of all? mourinho was right, we lacked intensity in the 1st tie, we didnt even foul lewandowski even 1 time in the first tie, but in the 2nd tie we kept beating him up and it helped shutting him down so much

Your team proved they have heart and grit ... That's something worth more than UCL trophy or La Liga Trophy.

I agree with that...although thats not counting a lot of negatives on Real which I wont go into Very Happy

But yes, Real especially the players often dont get enough credit and appreciation it seems, from everyone and some of their own fans, they players play so hard and didnt give up, tried their best, for this I think is class Thumbs up

Thanks guys. I'd also like to thank the team for putting their all into the game and giving us a great show piece.

Naturally one starts to wonder what could have been but all that matters tonight is that the team and the club can exit the tournament with their heads held high.

Right on. I think this squad only needs minor adjustments. We're almost there and it's always been little details that have cost us in the end.

Seriously, we need 3 players in the first 11. Striker(Cavani), midfielder(Gundogan) and RB(Carjaval).

Thanks for the Kind words guys. I am feeling gutted for the past week and I am picking up my pieces. Football makes you cry - even if you win or lose. It is all about emotions and at the moment they are running high. I couldn't watch the game for the same reason

My heart goes out to players and the coach. Let us not put blame on individuals. Everyone did what they can, sometimes you need a little more luck. which we didn't tonight.

Looking back we lost to a wonderful team BVB, which I hope will win the cup. Good Luck.

Thanks for the kind words.. Personally I don't care about the 'fight' we put up in the 2nd leg, we threw away half the semi final because of a few players' lack of focus (e.g. Pepe and Alonso :coffee:

) and lack of effort

Coming out 'guns blazing' in the 2nd leg was expected, it's what the team was supposed to do.. Nothing to be proud of for me

The effort in the second leg is definitely something to be proud of. I fully realised this after watching Barca yesterday lol imagine if we bent over like they did.

You could see how much it meant to every1, esp Ramos who was inconsolable at the final whistle. Its nights like these which make you fall in love with the beautiful game. :Thumbs up:
Last night at the Camp Nou, the catalans held up a mosaic at the start which read PRIDE. Its kinda funny that we sort of restored our dignity, while they further humiliated themselves. :thumbs up:

It's commendable, but proud is too strong a word IMO.. I was proud of our efforts in the semi's last year since we didn't 'half-ass' the first leg

It's tough to be proud of someone that runs half a race

I'm not proud of the whole tie, just the second leg. The second leg on it's own is definitely something to be proud of so lighten up eco smile
