Btw, our side of the bracket is loaded lol

The sooner the better, we need to break the jinx as fast as possible and before the CL semis / final .

Hopefully it doesnt rain like last time... It had a bad effect on Angel's game I feel.

Angel and rain wont cut it for us. Our problem is collective, its not one person.

Hopefully, we dont counter this time, hopefully we dont score early. Hopefully this time, we start Kaka at CM, and we play the 4 - 4- 2 that i have been talking endlessly about and will continue to do so rightfully.

BTW, based on bracket the first leg will be played at Santiago Bernabeu which means if we screw it up we'll be eliminated.

I want to meet them as early as possible and as much as possible. you dont improve if you dont meet stronger opponents. We need to memorize their gameplay.

But we better play our main formation and starters this time. We cant just keep changing tactics.

We wont if we play to our full potentials as a team.
If we adopt the players who are the pawns on the field and make use of them in the battlefield, we wont lose. We might actually, but we will put on a good fight. A very good fight.

Let's not play coentrao on the right back, lets not play marcelo on the left when we dont and will not have as much ball possession as them. Let's play Kaka at the CM since he has alot to offer at game making instead of throwing him upfront along with the other superstars we have whilst being stuck with a very noncreative midfield.

Let's not play more than two strikers, with Ronaldo at CF, and Benzema as a false 9.

I've a feeling we will play better this game. But I agree with Huntsman, this can be good for us if we win. The confidence will help alot in for the season.

You've said some really stupid stuff on this forum, but this beats every thing else, are you joking, cos I can't see the humour in this.

TBH, Im quite happy. Its the CDR, so we dont have so much pressure, and we have two tries to get it right. I want to get revenge on them, as soon as possible. I dont know if we will play our Copa lineup, but we should definately stick with Adan and the likes of Varane/Sahin/Callejon.

Mourinho can try out some new tactics in case we meet them in CL and for the league clasico.

Dudes WTF??!!!! Check your professional sportsman's respect. We're playing Malaga in Copa del Rey, not Barca.

FFS, how can you even think of calling someone "the little guys". If it meant to be ironic of the situation that the RFEF or the Copa is not balanced out more, then I appologize. If not, then you should show more respect to our opponents.

Madrid fans should really try hard to show respect, this is what should make us "better" among thugs and other lowlifes. The values of the Club are impregnated by this rule.

Look mate, I wasn't trying to attack anyone, but failing to at least acknowledge other teams, by saying "we're playing Barca in quarterfinals" is just wrong in any book on respect. Chances/odds? The bookies deal with those, football is done by players on the pitch - therefore, nothing is as easy as it looks. One slip is all it takes, that's what cup is about, and should I remind you that Real Madrid hasn't played in final since 2004 before returning in 2011? You know why? Because of all those "little clubs" kept knocking us out. And the last time we've won the Copa del Rey before 2011 was in 1993. That's 18 years. And we've been beaten in the final for only two times during that period. That's only 2 finals in 17 years!

Makes you think how many times we've had a marvelous team and failed to win this cup, or get into the finals.

Seriously, I can only understand this failure to acknowledge our opponent even exists, by believing that you haven't watched football for long enough to see how things work. And again, I'm not trying to attack or insult, I'm just trying to proove a point and say that Real Madrid's values should be important if we're gonna support this club.

I say football is unpredictable, else where would the fun be? Do you even watch games against "little clubs"? Ponferradina? These are all steps on a bigger path, but without them there is no reaching the goal.

Would be hilarious if Malaga kick us out, hopefully that won't happen, I doubt Jose will let that happens. I do agree we should respect our opponent.

The club always respects our opponents because our opponents always play hardball against us compared to when they play barca.

But no I didn't watch the first Ponferradina game, I took a hiatus for a bit after the Clasico loss.. I did watch the second leg however, I do regularly watch Madrid vs "small clubs"
