As i said khedira aint the ball winner in our system, his job is to slow down the opposition play/counters so that all others can regroup and track back.

Xabi is our ball winner, explained by his high number of ball won and high yellow cards due t reckless fouls lol.

Since Miguel Muñoz no other coach in the history of Real Madrid has won as many matches as Jose Mourinho in 75 games.

Jose Mourinho needed only 76 games in charge for his Real Madrid to score 200 goals, at an average of 2.63 goals per game. In comparison it took Jose 95 games to reach the same figure at Porto (2.08 per game), 109 games at Chelsea (1.83 per game) and 116 at Inter Milan (1.72 per game).

So far this season in La Liga Real Madrid has scored 39 goals in just 11 games at an average of 3.54 goals per game.

Is Toshack's record now in sight?

Another record should be mentioned.

Thanks dude.

Nice to see the efficiency in La Liga by our scorers. Our CL efficiency sucks horribly though lol.

I do think the goaltending techniques by most in La Liga are somewhat poor, Iker and Valdes being the exception. When a player breaks free, they mostly go for kamikaze tactic. From what i've noticed, the good keepers close the angle, make themselves as big as possible and rely on reflexes... force the attacker to make a great strike. They only go kamikaze if they are quasi-sure to get to the ball at the same time as the attacker.

Just an observation.

Indeed in a couple of our UCL games we should of won by huge margins but failed to convert alot of good chances

To be fair, we went against Lyon in 2 of the 4 games and Lloris is one of the best keepers in the world imo. So i cut the forwards some slack. Next 2 games in CL, we'll see how efficient we are.

We've also yet to play any of the top tier teams in La Liga.

I hoestly think we should be able to keep up our scoring in La Liga, the only teams that I see us having any real trouble with are Barce and Sporting away.

Valencia and Atletico we usually play pretty well against

Sir Crimson, I was wondering that in Toshack's legendary 89-90 Hugol scored 38, then where are the wonderfully pleasurable intense satisfaction 69 come from? banana

I can't member exactly I know after Hugo's 38 the next highest was Vazquez with 14, then after that was Emilio with 10, then Losada with another 8.

Michel, Shuster and Hierro made up the bulk of the rest followed by a number of players scoring 1 or 2 goals

Yeah the 107 goals season was pretty spread out between the squad. Aside from Hugol obviously no one really scored a bulk of goals.

Higuain doesn't want to be the one who loses the ball so he keeps it simple. Benzema likes to try the final pass sometimes so they don't always come off for him.

It gives a good idea about how their styles are different.
