hmm, I think it takes multiple playthroughs too. It was a bit tedious IIRC, did it on PS3. But you can blitz the game in like 5 hours.

of course

one of the most memorable bosses

Easy AF if you have a shield, a little more difficult without lol

tbh you should probably be doing that boss after Anor Londo

high stability shield makes Sif a joke IIRC, beat it plenty of times just rolling, you'll breeze it later, but I think you need a higher damage output probably

lol moonlight butterly

Anor Londo is the midway point

but you gain access to fast travel after Anor Londo so it's easier to get around

mate..GOAT PVP. I saw some ppl making a video about it, it seems the people that came from DS1 absolutely love it but people that didnt play DS1 originally think it's disgusting.

It was a massive backstab fest IIRC, and the netcode on older consoles are horrible, you would be fighting someone and then they're teleporting behind you for a backstab

everybody wearing the hornet ring that gives backstab crits extra damage IIRC

but yeah..I remember loving it at the time, I put like 100 hrs into PVP, its probably archaic AF though for you

It's a real shame all of the games have had issues with PVP holding them back

I actually think Dark Souls 3 had the best PVP..when it worked. I really enjoyed it with the build variety, it's just invading for PVP was impossible without being ganked by groups. You had to join 'fight clubs' where you're summoned. Which kinda sucked.

Yea it's the same now. It's everyone trying to teleport behind each other for a backstab and it 99% kills you. I mean am a PVP legend from DS3 but i can't handle this lmao.

Maybe once I have completed the game I will proper get into but atm it's playing without humanity.

make a backup save to the cloud or w/e before you do the final boss and then just reinstall that save,..so you can PVP in all of the areas without playing through the game, IMO. And again, make sure you do the DLC before that too..the DLC was really cool, not Bloodborne tier but better than DS2 and DS3 DLC IMO.

You already done Anor Londo?

Ah..well, once you can access the Duke's Archives, you can start the first step towards the DLC, I think that's after Anor Londo.
