Halloween Costumes

Post by Eman on Sat Oct 22, 2011 12:17 am

It's a little over a week from now, but I wanted to start this thread because I am having serious trouble deciding what to wear. From what I understand, downtown Windsor gets heavily populated on Halloween weekend, and I'm afraid my original costume idea of my green morphsuit which I purchased for a high school prank a few years ago is not going to cut it. I mean, it's cool and all, but wearing that costume almost guarantees I'm going to be dancing by myself all night.

What are you guys going to wear?

Not to mention morphsuits are going to be worn by so many people it will be tacky.

Where do you go to school ?

I was thinking of being that beauty who goes with a bed sheet and two eye-holes as a ghost, but then I wondered if clubs and stuff would not let me in because it concealed basically my whole body.

Have to look into it.

You made that mask ? Wow Lex, looks class. How did you do it ? Might do that myself as the prices are ridiculous for halloween apparel.

I currently go to the University of Windsor. The morphsuit I bought back when I was in high school.

And haha yeah someone always must have that role, but like you said it could be a problem getting into anywhere if you have something that totally covers your face. I suspect most guys will be going as police officers, zombies, vampires, James Bond, etc due to the lack of mask. I know how to get my hands on a pretty nice Michael Jackson-esque thriller jacket, so I am considering going as the zombie Michael, but I don't want to disappoint if people expect me to be able to pull off his moves Embarassed

Ahh, if only I was a girl and could just go as a naughty *insert everyday role in society here*

Nice. UofT student here. Morphsuits are indeed classic, but come Halloween I can see a it being overplayed.

I was also thinking about going as Deadmau5, making the mask and such, but it would be too bulky, and it is completely covering. Honestly, club security will kill any creativity, not to mention the fact you have to be able to dance [and if I get lucky, take off easily Wink] in it.

Michael Jeackson would be unreal, but yeah, I figure you would be expected to be able to dance like him and that is about as easy as being as good as Alessandro Del Piero in football.

Girls have it easy. Slutty costume and they are good to go. Men have it difficult Laughing.

I doubt this guy has ever given a shocker in his life. This costume has the potential to be absolutely beauty, but at the same time, if worn by the wrong person, you will be laughed at for the next few Halloweens.
