Mourinho best coach / manager or not?

just one thing

i started watching football 06 onwards after the wc and slowly started following the team more and more.. we had that miraculous season where we nicked the title, then an even more impressive one in 08.. but we were still bad in the cl where lesser teams were doing better.. then our decline started.. 09 we were being humiliated by everyone , liverpool and barca just mocked us ..but we still ha a very good squad if the manager had been more competent.. instead of playing sneijder lm or benching vdv and playing gago or whatever.. and in 010 we got pelle, cr7 and the whole neuvo galacticos.. and guess where we failed again ..cl... mou came in and suddenly we were rampant in the cl.. that is the deciding factor personally for me,... how teams are actually wary and give us respect in the cl..for me he is the best manager because he put us back on the map in europe

@futbol bill, did you see the kind of pressing the players are capable of under Mou?
It means we don't show 100% in every game. Wait for clasicos and other big games in CL, then we'll see whether we made progress in 1 year time

Babun, I agree. The last 4 or 5 games have changed my opinion of Mou a lot. And his antics seem to have disappeared as well. Could it be that he read my post????? really I don't see any faults right now. He's addressing everything that I raised. I particularly like how he is using most of his squad now and the defense is remaining solid (maybe even better with Ramos at CB) and the offense certainly doesn't lack tactics right now.

Then mae a huge thread or a slogan with RAMOS to CB he should remain there. I like both Arbeloa and Ramos, they do a perfect job together. Pepe is able to cover for Marcelo's runs by himself
As for using the whole squad. Last year, Benz (first half of the season) and Kaka were crap. He tested Canales,Pedro Leon, Lass and Granero in Copa del Rey games and they failed to deliever of you remember ( I don't want to mention lady Gago...)
So we had substitues but they couldn't step in for the first team players. Second problem, the chemistry in the first team wasn't enough to allow bench players to play because even first teamers were getting to know each other in Mou's system
Now, we have real depth in Varane, Albiol ( he plays better this year), Sahin, Callejon (Di maria) and Kaka. Altintop could be used in various positions. We could even rest Marcelo by using Coentrao
Chemistry+ real depth are the reasons we play easier with substitutions

Yeah the team is definitely taking shape. Jose knows what he's doing, that much is clear.

Mourinho managed to tarnish barcas most valuable asset, their reputation

barca's reputation was going down long before mourinho though

José's son (José Junior) 11 yo who plays for Real madrid kid section was gravely insulted by the kids of the other team and leave the pitch crying.
José Junior was attacked by the same insults we hear everytime in spain against his father !!
